This bill proposes to extend until March 31, 2022 certain provisions of 2020 Acts and Resolves Nos. 91 and 140 allowing for health care-related regulatory flexibility during and immediately following the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill would also allow remote witnesses for advance directives through June 30, 2022 and permit the Department of Health to provide immunization registry information to the Vermont Health Information Exchange.
