This Resolution requests the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development's Environmental Review Program to establish a task force to suggest improvements to its website, aiming to make it more user-friendly and encourage public involvement in the environmental review process. The task force will also advise on which documents and stages of the environmental review process should be posted online to best facilitate public participation, and its members will include representatives from the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development, the Environmental Advisory Council, the Office of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), and the Sierra Club. The task force is expected to submit a report with its findings, recommendations, potential legislative proposals, and cost estimates to the Legislature by a specific date before the 2023 legislative session.
