AI Summary

This bill, the China Trade Relations Act of 2021, seeks to withdraw normal trade relations treatment from products of the People's Republic of China and apply certain provisions of the Trade Act of 1974. It expands the grounds on which China can be deemed ineligible for normal trade relations, such as using slave labor, operating concentration camps, performing forced abortions or sterilizations, hindering religious freedom, and engaging in economic espionage against the U.S. The bill also requires the President to submit periodic reports to Congress on China's compliance with these new eligibility requirements in order for China to receive normal trade relations treatment or participate in U.S. government credit and investment programs.
