This bill amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require issuers to disclose if they or their affiliates have engaged in certain activities related to the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) of China. This includes disclosing whether they have imported goods sourced from or through the XUAR, whether those goods originated from forced labor camps, and details on the nature and extent of the commercial activity, revenue, and profit associated with those goods. The bill requires the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue rules to implement these disclosure requirements, make the information publicly available, and report annually to Congress on issuer compliance. The bill's provisions will be repealed either 8 years after enactment or when the President determines the Chinese government has ended mass internment, forced labor, and other human rights violations in the XUAR.
