The bill also creates an advisory board to assist the division's leadership on relevant legal, administrative, and access to justice issues. The division will be in force for an initial five-year term, with automatic renewal every five years unless the legislature repeals the law. Any cases pending at the end of the division's final term will be transferred to the appropriate court.
