Requiring individuals who have completed the manufacture or assembly of a firearm to notify the Department of Criminal Justice Information Services and provide identifying information about the firearm and its owner. 8. Providing penalties for violating these provisions, including imprisonment of up to 10 years and/or a fine of up to $10,000.
