The bill also establishes a brain injury council supported by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, which will report to the advisory board. The advisory board is required to file a biennial report on the ongoing needs of individuals with acquired brain injuries and the status of progress in increasing access to services and implementing previous commission recommendations.
