Amending the Conservation Stewardship Program under the Food Security Act to provide supplemental payments for the use of precision agriculture practices, in addition to resource-conserving crop rotations and advanced grazing management. 5. Emphasizing the use of third-party providers in delivering technical assistance for soil health planning, including the use of precision conservation management.
