This bill establishes limits on contact tracing, digital contact tracing, immunizations, communicable disease testing, and the required disclosure of certain health information. The bill also prohibits employers from requiring employees to use digital contact tracing applications or provide location or proximity data. It requires the destruction of certain communicable disease data and imposes civil penalties for violations.
