This bill, the Agriculture Resilience Act of 2021, aims to address the impact of climate change on agriculture through a range of measures: It establishes national goals for the agricultural sector to achieve at least a 50% reduction in net greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2040.
