AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to a minority and women-owned business enterprise participation goal requirement in order to receive grant or appropriation money
AI Summary
This bill amends the state finance law to require municipalities (including villages, towns, cities, counties, and school districts) receiving state grants or appropriations for procuring goods and services to comply with the goals for minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) participation set forth in the executive law.
