This bill amends the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act to extend funding for sport fish restoration and recreational boating safety programs through 2026. It increases the annual administrative funding cap for the programs, requires a study on the impact of derelict vessels and recyclable solutions, and directs the Comptroller General to report on the use of nonmotorized vessels and their effect on waterway access. The bill also establishes the Sport Fishing and Boating Partnership Council as an advisory committee to the Departments of the Interior and Commerce, subject to the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
