This bill aims to reduce cost-sharing, align income and resource eligibility tests, simplify enrollment, and provide other program improvements for low-income Medicare beneficiaries. Increasing the income eligibility for Qualified Medicare Beneficiaries (QMBs) to 135% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and for Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiaries (SLMBs) to 200% of the FPL. 2.
