This bill: - Provides continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, to fund various government agencies and activities at fiscal year 2021 levels through the date specified in the bill (December 3, 2021) or until the enactment of the applicable appropriations act for fiscal year 2022. - Includes a Disaster Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022, which provides additional funding for the Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and other agencies to address the consequences of hurricanes, wildfires, and other natural disasters that occurred in 2020 and 2021. - Includes an Afghanistan Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022, which provides funding for the Department of Justice, Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of State to support Operation Allies Welcome and related efforts to assist Afghan evacuees. - Extends various expiring authorities and makes other technical corrections and changes. The bill is designated as an emergency requirement, allowing the funding to be provided outside the normal budget process.
