This bill, known as the "My Child, My Choice Vaccination Act," amends Alabama's existing law to exempt parents from student vaccination requirements for religious or personal belief grounds, even during a pandemic. Additionally, the bill mandates that public colleges and universities provide religious and medical exemptions from student vaccination requirements.
