AN ACT To repeal sections 188.035, 188.036, 188.047, 188.220, 208.151, 208.152, 208.153, 208.164, 208.659, 208.662, 338.270, and 338.337, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof twenty- five new sections relating to health care, with penalty provisions and an emergency clause for certain sections.
