AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION; ADDING CERTAIN PHARMACISTS, NURSES, SOCIAL WORKERS, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS AND PHYSICAL THERAPISTS TO THE RURAL HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER TAX CREDIT.
