AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION; INCREASING THE RATE OF THE CIGARETTE TAX; INCREASING THE RATE OF TAX ON TOBACCO PRODUCTS; INCLUDING NICOTINE, REGARDLESS OF SOURCE, IN THE DEFINITION OF "TOBACCO PRODUCT" IN THE TOBACCO PRODUCTS TAX ACT.
