The Secretary of State is required to provide the necessary voter registration forms and instructions to the Game and Fish Department. The bill also allows the Game and Fish Commission to limit the number or use of licenses issued to nonresidents and provides for the refund of big game permits or tags in certain circumstances, such as for active duty military members or public safety personnel assigned to special duty during the permit period.
