Provides that each subsequent July 1, another 20% of the July 1, 2021 statewide number shall be reimbursed at 100% until there are no positions reimbursed at $1,000 per month for salaries. Provides that nothing in the Act prohibits the Division from reimbursing at 100% of the salary more than 20% of the total statewide number of probation officers in any given year.
