This bill provides that of the appointed members of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority at least one is to be a resident of Atlantic County, Burlington County, Camden County, Cape May County, Gloucester County, Ocean County, or Salem County; at least one is to be a resident of Mercer County, Middlesex County, or Monmouth County; and at least one is to be a resident of Bergen County, Essex County, Hudson County, Union County, or Passaic County. The bill only applies to members of the authority appointed after its enactment into law.
