Requires reporting of certain attempted and completed suicides by minors.

AI Summary

This bill requires hospitals to annually report the number of attempted and completed suicides involving minors (individuals under 18 years old) where the minor used drugs to attempt or complete suicide. The hospitals must also report additional information such as the age, ethnicity, gender, and race of the minor, as well as the drug used. The New Jersey Poison Control Center will then submit an annual report containing the statistics to the Governor and Legislature.
