The bill prohibits charitable bail organizations from furnishing bail or funds over $5,000 or making bonds over $5,000, except in cases of domestic violence, dating violence, or civil commitment. It requires any person posting bail on behalf of an organization to provide photo identification and mandates annual reporting requirements for charitable bail organizations.
