This bill makes several changes to Arizona's voter registration and early voting laws. It allows county recorders to cancel a voter's registration if they have registered to vote in another county. It requires county recorders to remove voters from the active early voting list if the voter has failed to vote in all elections for two consecutive election cycles, unless the voter confirms in writing their desire to remain on the list. The bill also makes it a felony to provide a mechanism for voting to another person who is registered in another state, such as by forwarding that person's early ballot.
