AN ACT RELATING TO CANNABIS REGULATION; DEFINING TERMS; CLARIFYING THE DEFINITION OF "CANNABIS"; SPECIFYING THE PROCESS OF CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS CHECKS; PROVIDING MANDATORY MINIMUM TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSEES AND THEIR EMPLOYEES; PROHIBITING THE SALE OF CANNABIS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON THE SAME PREMISES; PROVIDING FOR A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REGULATION AND LICENSING DEPARTMENT AND THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT FOR INSPECTIONS OF CANNABIS FACILITIES THAT PRODUCE EDIBLE AND TOPICAL CANNABIS PRODUCTS; CLARIFYING BUSINESS LOCATION REPORTING FOR TAX PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING CERTAIN NONPROFIT MEDICAL CANNABIS PRODUCERS TO DISSOLVE THEIR NONPROFIT CORPORATION STATUS AND TRANSFER ASSETS IF INCORPORATING AS FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS.
