AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES; REQUIRING THE TAXATION AND REVENUE DEPARTMENT TO ESTABLISH A DESIGN ELEMENT THAT DENOTES A PERMANENT SIGNIFICANT MOBILITY LIMITATION AND TO ISSUE THAT DESIGN ELEMENT ON ANOTHER SPECIAL REGISTRATION PLATE IF REQUESTED BY A PERSON WITH A PERMANENT SIGNIFICANT MOBILITY LIMITATION WHO IS QUALIFIED FOR THE OTHER REGISTRATION PLATE.
