This bill amends the Legislative Lottery Tuition Scholarship Act to change the definition of "full time" enrollment from 15 to 30 credit hours per regular academic year, expand eligibility for the scholarship to include summer semesters, and increase the maximum number of regular academic years a qualified student can receive the scholarship from 7 to 4. It also requires the Higher Education Department to promulgate rules for student qualification and eligibility, and to report annually on the status of the scholarship program.
