AUTHORS: Remove as principal Senate author Dahm and substitute as principal Senate author Daniels. Retain Dahm as coauthor. Add the following Senate Coauthors: Bullard, Bergstrom, Rogers, David, Garvin, Hall, Jech, Kidd, Leewright, Murdock, Pemberton, Rader, Rosino, Simpson, Standridge, Stanley, Stephens, Taylor, and Weaver AMENDMENT NO. 1. , line 14, delete, after the word "relief" and before the word "state", the words "to prevent this" and insert the words "against the" AMENDMENT NO. 2. , line 15, insert, after the comma and before the word "any", the word "or" AMENDMENT NO. 3 , lines 16 and 17, delete, after the comma on line 16 and before the second word "this" on line 17, all language and insert the words "in relation to" AMENDMENT NO. 4 , line 19, insert a new subsection E to read "Notwithstanding any other law, no court of this state shall have jurisdiction to consider any action, claim, or counterclaim that seeks declaratory or injunctive relief to prevent a private individual from enforcing any provision or application of this act, or from filing a civil action under this act." and reletter the subsequent section AMENDMENT NO. 5 , line 4, insert a new Section 10 to read "|SECTION 10. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-745.40 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: This act shall not affect any provision of state law that regulates or prohibits abortion including but not limited to any provision that restricts or regulates an abortion by a particular method or during a particular stage of pregnancy." and renumber the subsequent section and amend the title to conform Passed the Senate the 28th day of April, 2022.
