AN ACT concerning Maryland Transportation Authority - E-ZPass - Disputes of Charges and Fees FOR the purpose of requiring the terms and conditions of the Maryland Transportation Authority for E-ZPass accounts to allow a person to dispute any charges or fees for the use of a Maryland toll facility to the person’s E-ZPass account within a certain period of time after the charge or fee is posted to the account; and generally relating to disputes of charges and fees to E-ZPass accounts. BY adding to Article - Transportation Section 21-1417 Annotated Code of Maryland (2020 Replacement Volume and 2021 Supplement)
