Modifying the requirements for providing a birth certificate or other reliable proof of a student's identity, age, and relationship to the legally responsible individual upon enrollment. Amending the conditional enrollment process for students who do not have a complete immunization record, including extending the conditional enrollment period from 21 to 30 calendar days and requiring the school to deliver the notice to the student's enroller in the preferred language and through an agreed-upon method of delivery. 4. Granting additional extensions to the conditional enrollment period for students, particularly newcomer students, to allow them to complete required vaccination dosages or in cases of extenuating circumstances, with the agreement of a school nurse, health official, or designated representative, including a social service provider.
