Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to establish right of parent to choose school that parent's child attends. Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to establish right of parent to choose school that parent's child attends. Requires establishment of school choice accounts for parents who choose nonpublic education. Allows parents who choose nonpublic education to pay for expenses incurred in relation to education of child with moneys from school choice account. Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.
