AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION; DISTRIBUTING A PORTION OF THE LIQUOR EXCISE TAX TO COUNTIES FOR THE PROVISION OF ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT AND A PORTION TO THE COUNTY ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT FUND; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.
