AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES; PROVIDING THAT KNOWINGLY MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT ON A MATTER FOR WHICH TESTIMONY IS REQUESTED IN A LEGISLATIVE PROCEEDING CONSTITUTES PERJURY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE STATEMENT IS MADE UNDER OATH, AFFIRMATION OR PENALTY OF PERJURY.
