The county clerk is allowed to charge an additional fee of $25 for this service, which will be deposited into the county clerk recording and filing fund. The bill also provides some context around the requirements for mechanic's and materialmen's liens in New Mexico, such as the notice provisions and exceptions for certain types of liens.
