This bill proposes to amend Maryland's vehicle laws by creating an exception to the requirement for motorcycle riders to wear protective headgear. The exception would apply to individuals who are at least 21 years old, have been licensed to operate a motorcycle for at least 2 years, or have completed a motorcycle rider safety course approved by the Administrator or the Motorcycle Safety Foundation.
