This bill amends existing law to revise certain fees related to the registration and use of vessels, snowmobiles, and off-highway vehicles (OHVs) in Idaho. The key provisions include: - Increasing the fees for vessel certificates of number, from $20 to $21.50 for vessels 0-12 feet and over 12 feet in length. - Increasing the "additional fees" for invasive species prevention, including raising the fee for motorized vessels and sailboats from $30 to $31.50, and the fee for nonmotorized vessels from $7 to $8.50. - Increasing the fees for snowmobile certificates of number, from $45.50 to $47, and the fee for nonresident snowmobile user certificates, from $59.50 to $61. - Increasing the fees for OHV certificates of number, from $12 to $15. - Increasing the handling fees retained by vendors for various recreational vehicle registrations and permits, from $1.50 to $3 in most cases. - Allowing the Department of Lands to receive $1 per vessel and OHV certificate to provide opportunities and repair damage related to their use. - Providing for multiple-year certificates of number for OHVs and snowmobiles.
