This bill appropriates $6,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the public facilities authority for a grant to the city of New Auburn to predesign, design, engineer, construct, and equip stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water infrastructure. The funds will be used to make improvements to or replace the city's wastewater ponds, spray irrigation and sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems, and water main distribution systems. The bill also authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $6,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds.
