AI Summary

This bill amends Georgia's law relating to the lottery for education to provide that administrative procedures and actions regarding bona fide coin-operated amusement machines shall be subject to the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act. It changes the definition of a "Class A machine" to limit the permitted noncash redemption award to a maximum of $50 per play, prohibits location licenses for Class B machines from being issued to locations that sell distilled spirits by the drink, and exempts certain historical fraternal benefit associations or veterans organizations from the limitation on the percentage of monthly gross retail receipts that can come from Class B machines. The bill also increases the percentage of net receipts from Class B machines that the Georgia Lottery Corporation will retain, from 5% to 30%.
