Reviving claims for sexual assault that occurred on or after the plaintiff's 18th birthday, where the entity or its agents engaged in a "cover up" of the assault, allowing them to be filed between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, unless the claim has already been litigated to finality or compromised by a settlement agreement before January 1, 2023. The bill also specifies the required allegations to state a claim subject to revival under these provisions.
