AN ACT To amend Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to ethics in government, so as to provide that no political action committee which is affiliated with or which coordinates with a member of the General Assembly or such member's campaign committee shall seek or accept a contribution or pledge of a contribution to such political action committee during a legislative session; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
