AI Summary

It requires the employer to notify the labor organization of the employee's decision, and prohibits the labor organization from continuing to collect dues from the employee. The bill also requires annual renewal of dues authorizations, and applies only to new or modified collective bargaining agreements entered into after the bill's effective date. Additionally, the bill allows employees of publicly owned or operated transportation systems to authorize the deduction of union dues as provided in the bill.
