This bill amends Georgia's laws related to soil amendments. The key provisions are: 1. It grants counties, municipalities, and consolidated governments concurrent jurisdiction with the state to enforce the soil amendment laws and regulations, and allows them to employ personnel for investigation and enforcement purposes.
