This bill authorizes the creation of a Combat Action Ribbon license plate in New Jersey. The key provisions are: 1. The Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will issue the Combat Action Ribbon license plates for any motor vehicle owned or leased and registered in the state.
