This bill further creates a new Vermont reporting requirement for partnerships under federal audit, clarifies that the valuation of land underlying solar panels is the same for municipal and State property taxes, and clarifies the types of fishing, hunting, or trapping licenses available to a certified citizen of a State-recognized Native American Indian tribe.
