This bill appropriates funds to the Idaho Commission for Libraries for fiscal year 2023. It provides a total appropriation of $11,206,700 from various funds, including the General Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, American Rescue Plan Fund, ARPA Capital Projects Fund, and Federal Grant Fund. The bill also authorizes the Commission to have no more than 37.50 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year and allows for the reappropriation of up to $2,300,000 from the American Rescue Plan Fund for fiscal year 2022.
