This bill: - Approves the Hualapai Tribe Water Rights Settlement Agreement, which resolves all claims to water rights of the Hualapai Tribe and certain allottees in Arizona. - Authorizes the construction of the Hualapai Water Project to divert, treat, and convey up to 3,414 acre-feet per year of water from the Colorado River for municipal, commercial, and industrial uses on the Hualapai Reservation. - Establishes the Hualapai Water Trust Fund Account, which will be used to plan, design, construct, and operate the Hualapai Water Project, as well as for other purposes related to water rights and resources for the Hualapai Tribe. - Reallocates 4,000 acre-feet per year of Central Arizona Project non-Indian agricultural priority water to the Hualapai Tribe and requires the federal government and State of Arizona to firm this allocation. - Authorizes the Hualapai Tribe to lease or exchange its CAP water allocation within the lower basin in Arizona. - Adds certain lands to the Hualapai Reservation and provides for the future acquisition of lands in trust for the benefit of the Hualapai Tribe.
