This bill: - Establishes a National Water Data Framework to improve water resources management and access across the United States, including developing common national water data standards and a national geospatial index for publishing and linking water data. - Creates a Water Data Council to coordinate the development and implementation of the National Water Data Framework across federal agencies. - Establishes an Advisory Committee on Water Information to advise the Secretary of the Interior, federal agencies, and the Water Data Council on the National Water Data Framework. - Creates a Water Data Grant Program to support non-federal entities in making water data more accessible and to advance water data infrastructure and tools. - Requires the development of an integrated water resources management plan for the Rio Grande Basin to improve water security, ecosystem health, and community resilience to drought and hydrologic changes in the basin. - Reauthorizes the Pueblo Irrigation Infrastructure Grants program, which provides funding for infrastructure improvements on Pueblo irrigation systems.
