An Act relating to law enforcement officers; prohibiting certain disclosure of personal information of law enforcement officers; providing penalties; providing definitions; providing for codification; and providing an effective date. AUTHORS: Remove Representative West (Josh) as principal House author and substitute with Representative Ford Add the following House coauthor: West (Josh) AUTHORS: Remove Senator Rosino as principal Senate author and substitute with Senator Weaver Add the following Senate coauthor: Bullard AMENDMENT NO. 1. Delete the title, enacting clause and entire bill and replace with: "An Act relating to crimes and punishments; creating the Sergeant Craig Johnson Act; amending 21 O.S. 2011, Section 173, which relates to the definition of accessories; modifying scope of definition; providing for noncodification; and declaring an emergency.
