This bill amends Section 1204c of the Insurance Code of 1956 to provide for a continuing education credit carryover system for insurance producers who belong to a professional insurance association. After December 31, 2022, insurance producers who are active members of an approved professional insurance association can receive 4 hours of continuing education credit towards the required 24 hours, as long as they attend at least 50% of the association's regular meetings and a statewide meeting annually. 2.
