AN ACT IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA To amend, on an emergency basis, due to congressional review, the Redistricting Procedure Act of 1981 to extend the deadline for submission of ward task force reports on the redistricting of Advisory Neighborhood Commission areas and single-member districts; the Advisory Neighborhood Commissions Act of 1975 to extend the deadlines for the Council to enact legislation adjusting boundaries and for the Board of Elections to make available nominating petitions to candidates; and the District of Columbia Election Code of 1955 to authorize the Board of Elections to draw precinct lines for the November 2022 general election without Council approval.
